Chairman TILT Group, Habeeb Okunola Celebrates Birthday in Classic Fashion

The Nicon town lekki residence of Habeeb Okunola, Chairman TILT Group witnessed the presence of friends, family and well wishers of the business tycoon recently, who all thronged in to felicitate with him as he marked another year.

Special guests at the ocassion were Oba lateef adamson, Mr. Mustapha Daura, Mr. Owolabi Awosan, Alh. Musa Halilu and Mr musbau bello.
The TILT Group Chairman is founder of the Habeeb Olalekan Okunola Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to fostering socioeconomic empowerment of Africans belonging to different age groups via providing sustainable solutions that seek to bring an end to extreme poverty across Africa
Living up to its motto ”empowerment is the proof of wealth” and bearing at its core; a mission to enhance the everyday lives of the less privileged. Habeeb Okunola Foundation works with the poorest communities across Africa to improve basic health care, promote education achievement and attainment, enhance rural livelihoods, food security and Increase access to clean water.

In commemoration of the World Hepatitis Day held annually on July 28 to raise awareness about Hepatitis. This year, Habeeb Okunola Foundation organised free medical screening (Hepatitis, HIV, Malaria, High blood pressure, Diabetes amongst others) and treatment for over 2000 residents of Iwaya Community in Lagos State.

Additional programs organised in recent times includes: disbursement of soft loans up to the tune of 300,000 Naira to sixty traders in Lagos state, provision of scholarships for students in tertiary institution, as well as donations of three sewing machine to Lagos Division of the Nigeria Prison Service led by Mr Tunde Ladipo, as part of the organisation’s effort to promote skills acquisition for inmates of Nigeria prisons.
Habeeb Okunola Foundation’s mission and principal goal is to empower the underprivileged, obliterate poverty and achieve social justice for undeserving communities across Africa.
