Elalan Group and its partners recently hosted prospective buyers and other stakeholders at the unveiling of another phase of its housing project in the Lekki Peninsula in Lagos State.

Elalan’s new houses are the Saphire Penthouses which as the name implies potray the beauty and asthetism that the gemstone connotes.

Speaking to prospective buyers at the forum, Development manager of Elalan Construction, Mr Ken Leech welcomed the guests and gave a detailed description of the project they were into, highlighting the peculiarities about the Saphire Penthouse project that make it worth buyers’ interest and investment.

After welcoming the guests, Marketing Manager of the group, Bunmi went ahead to give a brief description of the four penthouses which will be ready for occupation by January next year.

Beautifully designed and laid out, the penthouses are of two different types, and  the outdoor terrace area – a semi-closed area which is accessed from the bedroom – is big enough to be considered an outdoor living area and offers a fantastic view of the island and the ocean, with protective cover from the heat and sun.

All the rooms – masters, kitchen, store etc are spacious and a delight to experience.

Speaking about the vision of the project, Lech said “it was a few years ago that African Alliance spotted the potential in the location and spent a few years putting the team together, bringing in Elalan as developer of the project, and after a few years, we’re glad that they’ve made this happen.”

“Its a great location as you can see. We think we’ve got one of the best projects in Lagos with mixed use. It’s what I call a lifestyle destination. The facilities are wonderful, complete with a mall which will rival the Palms and Ikeja City Mall, a central park, secure basement car park.”

Although no payment had yet been made, Lech disclosed there have been massive interest from prospective buyers and is optimistic that given the value the property comes with, it will be bought before long.

He thanked the construction team, the engineers, agents and everyone involved in the project for having made it happen.
